please, no ooc drama. respect your fellow players!
please please please keep in mind that we can only go so far without everyone's enthusiasm and participation. greet your fellow players, start scenes, interact with each other! don't be afraid to make the first move!

what is some background on blaze entertainment? blaze ent was formed in december of 2012 by a man who wanted to bring the hottest new stars to the k-pop scene. while newly formed, the company is impressively funded and already has a reputation for treating their trainees as well as some companies treat their already debuted stars.
what kind of muses can we play? at the moment, only trainees. blaze entertainment has not yet debuted any performers.
what is the point system for? the point system is so we can keep track of community activity. it will also be a key factor in deciding who will be placed into a group during debut time. the higher amount of points a mun has acquired, the higher chance their muse will be debut!
who will decide everything during the debut period? you will! from your group name to your color and fanclub name, it will be up to you! we will be using existing groups to make things somewhat easier. we also ask that groups who have debuted prior to 2011 and have at least three or more albums to be used.
will all groups become popular? well... no. not all groups that debut do well. some will make it big while others will fizzle out. this will all be up to you! will your debut be a hit? will you have to work overseas to try and gain popularity there? or will you return back to your trainee ways and hop to debut again under a different name with a better sound? it all depends on you!
when the groups debut, can we use a name of a group that already exists? (shinee, 4minute, etc) we prefer if you didn't. if you can not come up with a group name for any reason, then you can come to us moderators and we'll spit out a few ideas for you. choosing an existing name is the last option and one we don't really want to employ.
are there any age limits for trainees? no! trainees are picked by talent, not age, so it's not a factor. as long as the age is reasonable, there won't be any objections.
question? answer
points system
every month will be a chance to get your muse into a group that will debut. the top three muses that reach fifty or more points within one month before the activity post will be placed into the drawing for who will join a group that will debut and have immunity from the next month's activity check. you can only win this once every three months if your muse is a trainee. this means if your muse has debuted and is an idol, you do not have to worry about being put into the drawing.
however, if you are in a group your group must have at least two group logs posted to remain together. this means that every month, a group's fate will be decided on everyone being active. there will be schedules created to help give you ideas or themes to work with to ensure community activity. if a group fails to meet the required logs needed for two months straight, your group will be disbanded and you will return to trainee status.
how can you earn points? well by being active. posting certain things will earn a set amount of points. journal post - 5 points solo log - 10 points log with two people - 10 points log with three or more - 15 points participating in a community event - 15 points
limitations: you are allowed to post as many journal posts and logs as you want but not all of them will count towards your score. there will be a format and post available where the moderators will keep track of your posts.
you may only submit 4 journal posts, 1 solo log, 2 logs with two people, 1 log with three or more, and 1 community event log per month. this is to make sure no one simply does five solo logs or something of that nature. this being said, you can not submit all of these within one day. the most allowed will be 2 journal posts and a log of some sort every three days. four weeks is plenty of time to rack up your points and try to grab one of those three spots. incomplete logs will not be accepted and posts will count towards all muses involved.
if you have any questions, feel free to ask here, or message the journal!
